Waiting room is awful. Loud tv, chaotic desk procedures and no greeting. Put name on list and hope you can hear them over tv when they call. Sadly typical of so many provider offices, sadly lacking in respect for the humans they are supposed to be helping.

Got to my appointment 15 mins early like they asked, signed in on clipboard and then had to sit in the waiting room for 30 mins before they even called me up to fill out the paperwork. Then had to wait another hour before they even called me back just to put me into another waiting room for 15 mins. Apparently they skipped over my appointment and I had to personally go up and ask what’s going on for them to realize I was still there. Will never go back again!

We went there for an ultrasound and waited 45 minutes. No information was given to us about the delay. I didn’t feel like they paid attention to the quality of customer service there.
