It was amazing.

Outstanding. Saw Maverick, and excited to see other movies there. Liked it was about the movie, not previews and sales pitches

The IMAX screen has to be seen to be believed, an overwhelming visual experience. It heightened our experience with Top Gun: Maverick far beyond what we saw in a traditional theater. Postscript - we went to see the film again at Airbus, this time finding seats high and in the middle, and it was again spectacular. The screen is just mesmerizing. Can't wait to see the Avatar sequel and the next two Mission Impossible films at this amazing theater. What a gem!

Call the ticket counter
Just remember, having the tickets is one thing, you'll still have to get there early to line up for a good seat.
Nothing great , soft drinks in bottles and popcorn in a box. They have candies and other items but not a whole lot
We did the space movie. Our 7 year old liked it.
Yeah I mean you're dealing with a museum, so customer service isn't really a priority.
Please clarify. You want to rent the ENTIRE theater for a weekend afternoon showing? If so, multiply the number of seats times $18. They might offer some discount, but you'd have to talk directly to them.
Tickets are $17 with fees if buying online. If you exit the parking lot after 5:30pm, parking is free. If not, $15/vehicle.
Absolutely perfect. Right in the museum so you can see the theater and tour before your movie
The following accessibility services are available upon request for visitors with disabilities: Rear Window Captioning in English for visitors who are deaf or hard of hearing. Individual devices are provided. Amplification in English for visitors who are deaf or hard of hearing. Headphones provided by the theater. Audio Description in English is provided for visitors who are blind or have low vision.
They likely haven't scheduled any yet. Smithsonian doesn't follow regular theater schedule when it comes to selling tickets so I wouldn't count on them having endgame tickets for sale yet
It's $8 for the short air & space shows... Cinema tickets [for movies like Star Wars] are $15
It's free after 4pm. $15 before that per car.
Usuly 45 mins to an hour
If u have SI membership u will get discount
The one in DC is 76 x 49 feet while the one near Dulles is 86 x 63 feet.
Ones at 11am and ones at 2:30pm
Some are, some aren't and some are offered in both formats
Nope, get there early if you want a good seat. Only downfall of the theater.
Yes , you can purchase them and print or save them
In per9 that's it
I would say more like 10 min prior, sometimes even less, also there are not as many trailers as usual theaters. Maybe only 2 trailers, so dont be too late if you don't want to miss anything. Keep in mind, this is my experience, and i usually attend the last showings of the day.
Depends on the popularity of the movie. For initial showings of very popular titles, 90 minutes to 2 hours is recommended.
check the website for specific dates. otherwise it will be based on the movie show times. check the website for specific dates. otherwise, it will be based on movie times.
