Pohanka Honda in Chantilly has always been a great place for car service. There is a comfortable waiting room with a nice tv, coffee, tea, and food vending machines. The place is quite clean including the restrooms. Kyle carefully listened to what work I needed done and got it completed within the timeframe promised. He was very open to accommodating me with what I needed and gave me a complimentary car wash as well!! Kyle was courteous and stayed within the quote he gave me for the service. Honda is a competent and reliable service center, and especially would recommend Kyle as your service manager because he is honest, accommodating, and shows genuine care when listening to the customer's needs.

Biggest scam of a dealership. I worked here and they tried to charge me $500+ for a wheel bearing! Again I was an employee! Greg Altman who is a Manager is a scam of a manager and very disrespectful in his language and very unprofessional. Be careful when going here and also ask for the dealer invoice for any cars you think of getting they sell broken cars and won't give you the option to get another. Very shady business going on here
