I’ve been a customer for probably 10 years or so. Brought all my bikes over the years in for service. They also did a repair for one of my bikes after I was injured in an accident and my bike was nearly totaled. Most recently, I brought in my track bike for fork service yesterday. Jason and his team have always been accommodating and kind. I feel like every time I make an appointment it’s last second, but they get me taken care of. Always happy with their service and if there’s ever an issue they correct it immediately and make it right. Though issues are few and far between. You’re in good hands here. Took my R6 there for a diagnostic and it sat there for 3 weeks. I kept calling every three days to see if they looked at it and they never did (They never answer the phone you have to call them like ten times before they pick up). I went to pick up the bike they said I have to pay for storage. I asked if I could have just made an appointment and have them look at the bike right away so I can avoid the storage fees and they said that they only make if they know whats wrong with the bike and they don’t make appointments for diagnostics. Just an update, I received a call from Jason yesterday and he explained to me that the guy that was in the office was not familiar with the policy and I was refunded. Jason told me that they are currently understaffed due to the accident he had couple weeks ago and promised me that they will take care of my bike if I bring it back again.

I’d say if you have thin skin and don’t want honest answers don’t come here. If you want a no BS service and a place that provides you with answers then this is your place . I have had a few services done here and I can say I feel comfortable after riding long distances knowing I had reliable service done. 04 Honda shadow aero with 62k miles still runs great .
