Staff was kind and knowledgeable. It was fun watching my hard drive get shredded. Website needs to be updated. When we arrived to the parking lot there was no one to be found. They were in the back parking lot. We got in line and after waiting for a while found out that we had to go somewhere else to get the hard drive shredded; no one came up to our car and there were no signs. The website says “The truck with our shredder will be in the parking lot so that you’re able to see your drive being shredded from your car.“ however we were asked to park and enter the building which is fine but it was confusing. I wish all companies had kind, knowledgeable staff like Securis.

Securis offers electronics recycling regularly in my area in conjunction with Loudoun County and on their own. They are clearly part of the solution when it comes to securely destroying IT electronics and keeping dangerous parts out of our overflowing landfills. Securis staff at this last recycling event were very friendly, smiling and helpful. The cost of recycling our large broken television was minimal and the other small items cost us nothing to recycle with Securis. I am thrilled that this company holds these events regularly in my area, how organized the drive-through is, and how friendly the staff members are. Thank you!

Just went to an electronic recycling event managed by Securis in Leesburg: it was impressive. You don't have to get out of your car, they route you to the correct location for your items, and everyone is quick and polite. It was fast and pleasant. I'll make sure to prepare more for the next event!
