I lived here for 5 years as a renter. I was always extremely impressed with how they would put on events with the Social Committee; whether that was an ice cream social, game night, bingo night, movie night, chilli cook off, cookie exchange, yard sale, doggie swim day, the list truly goes on. Kathy is a blessing to work with! This place is amazing because of her. I always felt safe living here! I love the security of the building. I do have to say the only challenge is if you have visitors because there is limited street parking. But often times there is no issue. I thoroughly enjoyed living here.

Worst experience ever. Manager will try her best to harass you to the maximum. As if $400 HOA is not enough, they will try to charge you as much money they can charge you. Be lucky and stay as far as you can from this place.

No signals for phones, terrible management, they will try to charge you every chance they get. Fine is several hundred dollars... the management is never at the office. Most of time the office is locked you have to call the management to get in... sometimes their office will be closed without any notice. Moving hours is MONDAY to FRIDAY 9am.to 4PM. If you miss the time or take more than their policy hours, they will keep the deposit $250. They will also charge you if you move without notifying, I think the fines is about $500!!!!. Very rude management... Make sure to Check your unit for any pest control issues and service signals for your phone... MAKE SURE TO.CHECK "APARTMENT RATING" ON GOOGLE WEB SITE...you will see THE REAL REVIEWS
