This is not a skate park cement slab with a hump

Ground is really rough and the setup dosent make any sense plus the only ledge is curved

It opened publicly with restrictions as part of phase 2 of Loudoun's reopening. You should check the restrictions online, but I believe it is a limit of 50 people in the park at a time and everyone is supposed to stay at least 10 feet away from each other.
