I spent a couple years in bon air over 20 years ago. This place changed my life for the better. I was there when they started the rotc program. The competition doing drills was awesome. If u have a child getting in trouble all the time send them here. Theres the girls side and the boys. I owe the staff here for my life afterwards!!

As u can see they only put good reviews up here but bon air sucks how can the staff tell u its ok to get in trouble and then when the kid turn up only the kid suffer that's not fair and the crooked judges against them too.

I was in Bon-Aire twice. In 81 and 83. It was actually kind of nice there then Mrs. McWilliams was my case manager when I was in Keller cottage. I was in Light cottage my second time. I fondly remember Mrs. Dickerson who magically made me love math. I won (tied with another girl) a talent contest..singing. socials and dances...Going camping and visiting other facilities for socials. I didn’t realize it at the time...but it was a really amazing place...I came from a super abusive household and being here gave me repreve from the disfunction of my own home..it was better there. I to this day love Corn beef hash and cheese toast...which I first ate at Bon-Aire. Too many good memories to list them all..but I've gone on to get my Associates of Science degree in Surgical Technology and lived in Los Angeles and worked at Cedar Sinai medical center. I now live in Delaware and recently got married and will be moving to the Southwest...My husband and I are buying our first home. Grateful for my time there at Bon-Aire.

I am forever thankful for the support team my son has during his time of serving juvenile life at Bon Air! I am very pleased with everything! Being there for my son while I can't at this time and having the proper people there for him is priceless! I can never repay the staff for being the most important key to rehabilitating my son the proper way! I love my Bon Air family! Thanks for all yall do! BAUTISTA'S MOM!

We are dealing with the same thing. Staff in positions of power that most definitely should not be!
Yes they have
Not much
They have free buses that come to Bon Air. You can call your Brandon's counselor for the information
You will need to call and speak with the Superintendent on that matter. Visitation is generally for family.
The last time I was there, I was working maintenance and I remember the place had a few trades that the at-risk youth could join.
Yes, the school offers enrollment at J. Sarge as well as skilled trade programs.
I was there in the 70's I stayed to myself and really didn't have any problems with anyone
Call the number on the website... there is a bus service that brings visitors to our facility.
