Would never buy glasses here again. Been over a month to get my sons glasses.

Came to this location 3 times in the past for my son and I. Today i had a bad experience with the customer service at the front desk. Young lady couldn’t find the chart in their system and gave an attitude to us looking at our faces like we were imagining that we bought them from that location. We ask her to look for someone else to assist and she gave an attitude to my husband and I again. Then the manager came and my son chart was there. I reordered the glasses, but it was poor customer service. Not coming back next year for his annual order.

I usually don’t write reviews. Visionworks of Springfield has bunch of incompetence and clueless workers. My glasses were ordered on 8/15 and was told today they finally received my glasses from their lab. I must have called them least 8 times for status and received excuses after excuses. Nobody returns your calls including their general manager Julie. How do you run a business without updating your customers for 2months? During my initial visit, I was told it will take 10 days for them to fulfill my order. It’s been 2 months and I had to call them numerous times just to get an update. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place.

What a great experience, I really was happy with the eye doctor and all of the employees. All of the staff were very kind. The preliminary exam consisted of the usual eye computerized tests. What I was pleasantly surprised about was how in-depth the exam and overall questioning concerning my health was. An eye exam is actually serious because in some cases they have the ability to detect other issues but most of the time the preliminary part of the exam is rushed through but not here. I highly recommend this location but you do need to make sure that you are not limited on time because the staff here does their job vey well and from what I experienced today they take great pride in not cutting corners. The staff in the eye glass section also were very kind and attentive. They kept helping me until I finally found a perfect pair of glasses.
