We called around 2pm to ask what hours the notary worked. The person on the phone said until 6pm. We arrived there at 4:10pm and the notary said she was doing her last one for the day and could not assist us. She directed us to a different UPS store. I don't understand why they lied on the phone. 0 stars for customer service.
