The greatness of the doctor is grossly overshadowed by the poor quality of the staff/nurses. Dr. Vance is great! Very thorough and professional. Addresses your concerns. His reputation is well deserved. HOWEVER, his nurse(s) would be the reason why I would not return to the practice. Poor communication and does not want to help or answer basic questions. I filled out patient paperwork and on my online profile, none of my information was updated by the staff. I have been fighting for prescriptions for two weeks because the staff does not want to reach out to my insurance for it. I have never had such hassle for prescriptions from a doctor's office in my life. If Dr. Vance was at a different location, I would reconsider. Otherwise, I would not recommend.

The ladies at the front desk are short and rude and are very unwelcoming. Honestly made me feel very uncomfortable. You would think that they would want to put there patients at ease. On top on that I have waited over 45 mins to get my labs taken.

I just wanted to come on here and say how great my provider is . Julie Julian :) she is truly the best primary care provider I have ever had I’ve been coming here now for 8 years and I just wanted to say how incredibly thankful I am for her. She has not only been patient with me throughout all of these years but she genuinely and truly cares for her patients well being and it shows. Thank you Julie for always providing the best care to your patients :)

I had to change Doctors after 30 years because my original Dr. retired. I started seeing Dr. Goddard over a year ago and haven't regretted once. He and Joe are the best
