I did not get a chance to schedule a new patient appt for myself and my son because the receptionist/ front desk girl was so rude. She scoffed at my questions about the Doctors and assumed I didn’t have the correct insurance. She also misinterpreted me having a Government job for State insurance and scoffed at that. She also said having two insurances ( a primary and secondary) was illegal ha! Wow. At the end of the phone call she realized I had the insurance needed and the Doctor I was looking for but I’d rather go somewhere else because if I have to deal with that at every appointment, no thank you. Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable for a Doctors office. This was the Solarex Ct. location.

Dr Richard Haney does not care about his patients and instead becomes defensive and insulting when you are trying to advocate for your children. Complete disregard for patient care. Does not even bother to call you with abnormal results jots some notes down for a nurse to relay but u cannot ask questions because she doesn’t know anything. I felt completely brushed off. As a Dr he should be ashamed of his unwillingness to dig deeper and find a solution to a childs ailments isnt that the OATH you took? Parents do not subject your children to this subpar provider who lacks empathy.

Please do not see Muhammad Khilji, MD. I went to him with a problem and he gave me no advice and no solution. He doesn't have time to listen to people and hear there concerns. Then when I advocated for my health he was insulted and defensive. Please advocate for your health, doctors don't care like they used to.
