Customer service the way it should be done. I went in to get an ankle brace. Was given advice and assistance trying out the ones they had but due to swelling and shape of my foot nothing was working well for me. Then they recommended a brace that they don’t even sell. Sadly I ordered it from a different source. I will go back here for anything else I may need. My wife who (told me to go here) works at an urgent care said they recommend this store often and now I see why. Excellent store great staff that actually cares. Check them out before you hit the chain stores.

Not happy at all. Everything I’ve gotten, mobility supplies, bed, Power chair both seemed like they had been used especially the bed. One of the wheels was broken it never went down properly and they refused to replace it. I decided to get supplies they told me they had a certain brand they never did as of today I was waiting for my supplies yesterday They didn’t show up they never called me I called them they said they will show up this morning it is 11:15 pm when I called they said they wouldn’t come until 1 o’clock you think they would called me this morning and say that. Not happy at all!

I blew out my knee and after checking out CVS and Walgreens my husband brought me here. Not only did the staff fit me with the correct sized walker they added larger wheels and stoppers to make it easier to use. And the cost- HALF of what I would have paid anywhere else.

Mr. Manthey, The only item in this category that we carry in the store are elbow pads, a bit of stretchy tubular netting with a foam pad to protect the elbow. Depending on the brand they are $7-$15. Dear Mrs. Ashman, Unfortunately, we cannot accept donations or buy used equipment. You may be able to donate it to the local Lyons Club. We often refer them for second hand equipment.
You can stop by our Home Medical location at 622 N Market Street for an evaluation, free of charge. We should be able to identify the necessary repairs and give you a quote on the spot. We cannot guarantee that the repairs can be done at the same time since we may have to order parts. Hope this helps.
Tamara, I am sorry but rollators are a purchase item, only. If you need one for a short period of time, I would suggest to contact your local Lions Club. They may have a lending closet. Hope that helps,
