I always make it a point to go to the smaller hardware stores instead of instead of giving Lowe's my business. I was looking for a machine screw 8-32 half inch size. Went in the store and tried to find it myself. I only found a flat head instead of a Phillips. So I asked the lady in front to help me find them and she told me they did not make that screw. I couldn't believe that she looked right in my eyes and lied. That's a whole new level of laziness. Only go to Ace in Willowick and Mentor on the lake.
