Came in for treatment around 5am. Waiting room was dirty (used masks and trash on the floor). I was never offered a blanket to cover up with. Bathroom had no soap or paper towel. Nurse was nice. Doctor was okay. Not really talkative or helpful with symptoms. Also, exit doors from treatment area into lobby are broken. Not worth a $250 copay.

Shina M., the phlebotomist, is a rockstar! I’m a diabetic and often need my blood tested. When I arrived, I was prepared for the multiple punctures and bruises I usually get when phlebotomists cannot find my tiny veins. I warned Shina of this history. She didn’t seemed phased at all. She wrapped my arm, cleansed the area, located the target and hit the bullseye! One puncture, no bruises and done in seconds. Thank you Shina for doing such a great job!

Remember the saying you may not their name but you'll always remember how they made you feel.. Will always remember the night shift nurse in the maternity ward who smoked cigarettes and handled me pills out of her hand vs a cup. Hopefully better policies are in place as where a newborn won't be subject to second hand smoke from the nurse.

Call the hospital operator or go to the volunteer desk in the front and they should be able to help
If a patient has Altered mental status, cognitive impairment or developmental delays or disruptive behavior where a family member is key to their care may have one visitor. If a patient requires a home caregiver to be trained. 8a-noon or 4p-8p. Hope this helps.
A not for profit charitable organization known as Lake hospital system owns and operates it
I dont know where that is done at. I would ask the desk when you walk thru the doors. You can go to the radiology dept
Wow, me either, what I would do is call in and ask to talk to Management or a boss in admitting and ask why.
In my opinion, the whole bldg. should be torn down and build a new one. They do not want to spend the money.
Go online. It has to verify you first. Then you print your own records. No SSN on them.
