Update needed
After being at West and looking around and being in a room with a sick relative , I have to wonder why the rooms have not been updated in 20 some years and why do they look like they need a good cleaning ?
TVs from 1985 ? Cmon !

In my opinion, the whole bldg. should be torn down and build a new one. They do not want to spend the money.
