If I could give zero stars I would. Employees just wanted to talk lunch and get us out of the door quickly without helping. I was really surprised they gave me the wrong number to call for assistance instead.. and then I came back the week later to just the usual, pay us this amount and then we can help. It was terrible customer service.

My mom, sister, and I were in to get my sister on my old phone and Becky helped and was wonderful. She was quick, efficient, and helped in multiple ways. She found a discount for me on my phone plan, set up my sisters new phone, and helped me get a screen protector on. She was very kind and I would recommend people to her!
