I always have a problem. Today I came in and for about 3 minutes nobody acknowledged me at the window. Then I remebered a text about checking in when I got here. So I sat down and went through the on line xk in. At the same time someone else csme in and got helped at the window right away. So I went up to window after he was done and was told I didn't need to ck in online so now I was 15 mintes past my apot at this time so my spot slot was given to yhe man before me. Hmm perhaps a log in sheet when nobody is at the windoe. Or someone else to cover the window whe that prrson is away.

Dr Dom Dera is very good. The office staff has no desire to help you (when they are actually working and not closed for lunch or whatever). They refused to bill my secondary insurance. I do not recommend.

Medical Care is very good. Office staff/ logistics not so much. With all the people working there, they turn the phones off for very long periods which makes it very inconvenient. Took 15 minutes to get an appt via their phone sustem including being hung up on twice. Long messages with no purpose for many/mist callers before getting to relevant message. Then i had a question and had to drive back to offce after 2hr appt as they shut their phone systems down @ 1130 am for ???? With several office staffers working and no patients even waiting. Very rote impersonal service from front desk thru checkout.
