This place is a joke. Dr. Nyirenda is an excellent doctor. She is very kind, thorough, and patient. The receptionist Jasmine is very uncouth and extremely unprofessional. If she decides to answer the phone, she is very rude and short. If you leave a message, she never returns the call. I cannot believe that a major corporation like Bon Secours would allow this type of individual to represent them. I unfortunately had to change pediatricians due to Jamine's lack of professionalism.

I went to this doctor once. I been trying to book another appointment for months! The director told me they will give me a call back for a date & time, I never heard from them after that! I will be looking for a new primary care doctor!

Only had two visits & will likely never be back due to highly unprofessional practices. My follow-up appointment was made without my knowledge but luckily I didn't miss the call from an unknown number confirming it or I'm sure I would have been billed for missing the appointment. I let them know I never would have made an appointment that early as I work nights and asked if they had anything later in the day. They informed me that they didn't have another opening for 2 months so I accepted and came in early that next day. Once I arrived & was placed in the room the doctor would be seeing me in it was 55 minutes after my initial appointment time before I had to wander the facility so I could ask a staff member why it was taking so long. They had obviously double booked me because I could hear the doctor I had an appointment with speaking with another patient in the room next door. I know this for sure b/c I could hear every single word of this very confidential conversation about his life, current (very private) ailments, what area he lives in, and what his occupation is. When I finally was seen over an hour after my appointment was scheduled it turned out my next step could have been done over the phone if the office had asked practically ANY questions when they contacted me. That all being said my doctor was friendly and didn't seem to have any control over them double booking him with new patients.

All I’m gonna say is my daughter had one visit & I switched her right after… you can call all day and the predictions directory WILL NEVER ANSWER I been calling for 2/weeks and still got no answer. It’s beyond ridiculous. U can waste ur time there if u want to but I won’t !!!
