I have attempted to reach out to the owners of this establishment for months with no response via email or phone call. I was supposed to get married here on 10/8/2022 and had to cancel. I was told if I sold my date I would get my money back. However, I have had numerous people try to contact them about purchasing my date and none of them have ever been contacted back. I paid $3,400 in full and now no one can answer the phone or respond to an email about refunding my money or selling my contract. This is no way to run a business or treat customers.

The Manor House at King's Charter is a fabulous place to get married. Kristen, the venue coordinator we worked with, was very accommodating of our needs. She supported planning meetings and many walkthroughs of the venue as our wedding theme and decor ideas matured and evolved. She gave great advice for decoration. We're so happy we chose this venue for our wedding. The gazebo was the site for our ceremony and both it and the sunken garden (see picture) were absolutely gorgeous. The house itself was perfect for accommodating our 55 person wedding. Do not hesitate to work with Kristen at this venue for your wedding!

Do not book an appointment here. Made an appointment 2 weeks out to plan our 2022 weddimg and showed up to meet with Kirstine and she never showed. We were told by the other man that worked at the Manor House that oh sometimes she doesn't answer her phone while driving or she Is stuck in traffic. We emailed her when we got there called several times and no response. After 20 minutes of wondering around the house we told the other man that we are leaving. If you cannot show up to an appointment that we would be paying thousands of dollars for how is it going to be on the day of the wedding. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend.

I cannot recommend The Manor House enough! Kristin was so incredible to work with and she made everything run so smoothly. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and has a huge bridal suite and grooms suite. Absolutely stunning 💕
