I’ve always been treated with the most respect and courtesy. All of the workers there are very nice, except for Patrick. It was the end of their shifts and I was one of the last two people being helped, I was holding my daughter walking through when my grandmother (who also works there) asked to take her. We were almost finished when Patrick approached me and told me (rather rudely and loudly and in front of the worker helping me and the other worker and person being helped) “our insurance doesn’t cover your child running rampid around the store, next time you need to bring someone with you to watch her”. Then walked off before I could respond. First and foremost, she wasn’t running around rampid. She was confined in a room playing with my grandmother. Second, there is a way he could have approached this situation without being so rude. Easily could’ve said “excuse me ma’am, your daughter is running around and I don’t want her to get hurt especially because our insurance doesn’t cover it.” Easy. And finally, YOU DONT KNOW MY SITUATION. What if I didn’t have anyone to watch her while I was there? You have no right to try and speak on my situation or tell me how I need to handle it. I’m not just letting her run loose, she’s with someone who knows and loves her and was confined in a room with just them two and a few chairs. Bottom line, he shouldn’t be working there let alone OWNING it, he’s not friendly in the slightest. I won’t be back.
