Alaska Airlines is our Go-To airline in the US. It has amazing staff and wonderful service. They take a exceptionally good care of their frequent flyers. Loyalty does come with perks and this airline earns that loyalty. in this crazy travel summer it is nice to have an airline that still delivers.

Realized I forgot a bag in the waiting area. The plane was about to leave but they let me off to get my bag and take the next flight, leaving in just a couple minutes, to Portland. I've always had great experiences with Alaska, both the trip itself and the service.

We travelled round trip from Seattle to Houston. Staff at the gate were so helpful to arrange the seats , so most of our family can sit together. Flight attendants were friendly and I liked watching movies on my phone using g Fly Alaska wifi. Aircrafts were good , fairly clean but you feel they’re a little old. They even asked to check in our carry on luggage for free to give more space inside .

I flew with them several times in the space of a few weeks, and it was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The first class seats were comfortable and spacious, and the lounges were beautiful and conveniently placed. Highly recommend!

No. Charges: When traveling with their owner/handler, service animals travel free of charge, either in cabin or AVIH. We strongly recommend advising a customer traveling with a Service Animal to contact the Call Center at least 48 hours prior to travel but it is not required. Trained service animals assist those who: are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have diabetes, seizures, mobility limitations or other needs (e.g. PTSD). The person with the service animal is referred to as the owner/handler. We will accept fully trained psychiatric service animals as trained service animals. Acceptable Service Animals: Cats, dogs, and miniature horses shall be accepted as trained service animals, and shall be under the owner/handler's control at all times. The acceptable minimum age of any service animal is four months old.
No problem. Call the mileage dept. and they can tell you who's number is who's.
In most cases yes, however there are some aircraft that it would have to put with the checked bags. It will depend on the size of the aircraft you are flying on.
SeaTac was very secure, clean and the people were all friendly. Security was easy to get through and I had plenty of time to relax.
Not sure. Google Bellingham shuttle. If no information is posted call them.
Yes, you can also check their website or app for availabile flights and ticket prices.
Yes. At baggage claim. Ask one of the agent at baggage.
Could be anywhere from 5 min to 15 depending on the train and the people in front of you. There is 3 or 4 "wings" to the airport so it really depends. Check the monitors also. Gate changes are really common here. We had an hour layover and the gate changed 4 times. We looked like the people in the movie Airplane switching gates in a large group. Nice airport and try the free samples of chocolate at Seattle chocolate company.
From airport Express way follow the signs to arrivals (exit to the left). Then look for the Alaska Air signs near the start of the arrivals area. Google maps has a good street view of the area so you can see the route before you go.
A couple of minutes on the tram
