Where is customer care SeaTac?

I always go to the Alaska Lounge on Concourse C across from Gate C16

Alaska has a customer care desk in the D concourse at SeaTac. You can talk to customer care at the ticket desk before TSA if you need.

Any Alaska Air personel will get you on track.

Inside at the ticket/check in counter

Customer care is at the ticket counters. It's best to call them pre flight.
