Could be anywhere from 5 min to 15 depending on the train and the people in front of you. There is 3 or 4 "wings" to the airport so it really depends. Check the monitors also. Gate changes are really common here. We had an hour layover and the gate changed 4 times. We looked like the people in the movie Airplane switching gates in a large group. Nice airport and try the free samples of chocolate at Seattle chocolate company.
If you have any trouble walking get a wheelchair at arrival
It's usually a short walk and a tram ride. In my experience, I usually fly out of the N gates and the tram runs every 2 minutes so it doesn't add much time.
It's about a 5-10 minute brisk walk, if even that!
My last flight was a few hundred yards, but it varies.
