I USED to be think this place was 5 stars hands down..... I have been ordering and donating with this place since before their fire in Gary, Indiana leaving them to move to Hammond. However, I am now a dissatisfied customer this will probably no longer do business here again. Why? Because I feel they have kind of screwed their customers. Delivery used to be 30 bucks, now it's 40...ok ok I get it with gas up I guess, but I was also told that they will no longer bring my items into my home. If that's the case why am I giving you guys 40 bucks. I don't even live 40 bucks worth of gas away and your guys are just going to drop it off outside??? What a crock. I mean really... No thank you.

Walked in this place to find it’s nothing like the pictures. I understand that inventory changes daily but the pictures make this place look amazing they had nothing . It was very disappointing to make the drive for nothing .

This place is awesome!!! I walked out with over 10 bags of brand new clothes for myself and boys for less than 100 bucks!!!!
