I had a good experience with this police department

An officer was dispatched to Columbia Ave 46234 this morning, she arrived very quickly and went above her duties to resolve a civil dispute over payment in a highly professional manner, one where all parties walked away happy. I wanted to pay this officer for going beyond her duties but she refused. I regret not getting her name to make this review but she had mid-length curly hair, African-American, not very tall, came in a black police SUV. I trust more in the Lake County police because of her professionalism.

Had an Incident and the officer that came to the scene used profanity towards me. We told not to disrespect and use that type of language towards me he stated "I can do what I want to do" Since when does wearing a badge give an officer to "Do what they want to do"? As a citizen can I do what I want to do? From my understanding wearing a badge means you have a Civil Duty to serve and protect no use profane language towards Claw abiding Citizens.

I went a few times to get reports and the ladies are so lazy! They always say nope it’s not here idk what you want me to do. They don’t even take there time with you. Horrible service!!

If if got it at a tow yard you got to find out from them what tow yard in sat they generally open I think about 8 or 9 in the morning call the police department the clerk's desk and they'll tell you what I told yard in sat and then you'll have the number to and you can find out the hours online
Dogs are honest and trustworthy animals, mixing them with cops is an oxymoron, as most cops are corrupt hateful bigots... An example is when a drug dog doesn't smell or que on anything, but cops decide to rip apart ones vehicle or property with no apologies or remorse. This happens all the time, as does killing an innocent animal over fear of getting a bite from a dog doing it's job. Welcome to the police state of America!
They are bias in their decision making. They have a mentality that every dog owner minority or not has bad intentions with the animal so therefore tend to "eliminate" the threat even if none was present. Hammond police officers are a highly diverse force not all are like that but its sad to say that a majority of them are no good. (Opinion based on expierence)

Third, report your car stolen by calling 911 since when you dial the police department they tell you to dial 911. Fourth, go back to Illinois because that's obviously where you came from.
