This article is all over Facebook and Michigan wants to know. This is disgusting behavior. We have a seeing-eye dog. That is not how you "dicipline" anyone or anything. Officer maybe should dangle for a while at end of rope while being beaten... "for disciplinary use only" of course. And you wonder why nobody respects "officers above the law"
The national media needs to take a look at this, California news stations.
