Anyone with a library card can print up to 20 pages for free per day. Black & White only. Also you can print only from the library PC's not from your laptop or smartphone. So put your work on a USB flash drive. Hope this was helpful for you.
Can you get a library card here if you're not a NYC resident: for example, if your driver's license is from CT, NY State or NJ? Btw, this is a great library, great for digital research. It's very crowded but it's okay.

If you have ANY Queens public library card, you can print, borrow item, use computers... but if you don't have a library card at all, then no, you can't; although some branches have copy machines - and those you don't need a card for, you just need to pay the fee per page (like if you wanted to photocopy something); but if it's something that you have to get on the computer for, then you need a card (can be from any Queens branch though).

There is no parking lot for the library. There is only meter street parking close by on Main St and Kissena Blvd.

No driving classes as far as my knowledge goes. Try Apple Driving School. They're in Queens Village I think.
I would like to know if they take free English courses in the library and on what days and times.

I think they have English classes. You would have to go in and find out.
You need a library card. You can sign up for a computer session using the card along with your PIN code. Flushing library gives you 1 hour per day. You're also allowed to print up to 20 free pages per day. They have a program where you can borrow a laptop too.
I'm sorry I don't know an exact answer for you. If you're not far from the library your best bet would be to go in and ask at the information desk. I do know that they offer courses but which particular ones I'm not sure of. Sorry about that.
The library stays open from start of day to end. The staff take their breaks but your activities are not affected by that. You can stay all day long and do whatever you need to do.

I don't think that the auditorium is for rent. This is a public library not a regular business.
They have a copy of the book fallen angels author Susan Ee
During open hours you go inside the library, just past the security gate and ahead will be the scanners for you to scan your books and DVDs and other stuff. If it's after hours, there is a kiosk outside the library on Kissena Blvd where you can do the same thing.
Yes, Flushing is accessible for walkers and wheelchairs. You will need a Queens Library card. Note that there are 3 library systems in NYC -- Queens, Brooklyn and New York (Manhattan, Bronx and Staten Island). If you're a resident of NYC you can get cards for all 3 systems.
