I don't think so. You can used the internet. No they don't have fax machine.
You cannot send a fax there. But, I suggest 2 alternatives. 1. Go to places like FedEx Kinkos, UPS or Staples. You can print, ship, scan and so on. It's no free of charge. 2. You can use an app for Android or iPhone to do so. There free or not. Check it out.
