Do NOT get scammed into a "free trial" with these people. They make it extremely difficult to cancel. You cannot do it electronically or by calling customer service- even if you tell them flat out that you want to cancel and will not accept or pay for any more services. You have to call a specific number during certain times to reach the "loyalty department" to fight through a hard sell in order to cancel. In the meantime, they will continue to send techs to your home- even though you explicitly tell them NOT to send anyone- and will continue to charge you. Additionally, we did not notice any particular reduction in our insects. We still had spiders, millipedes, mosquitoes, and all the usual. We did just as well spraying for ourselves. The techs themselves were nice and professional, but the company has very unprofessional policies- any legit company will not try force you into staying by making it difficult to cancel.

Although they are named “American”, these roaches are native to Africa. They have become a worldwide pest, common in every U.S. state and many other countries with varying climates.
Brown in color with reddish-brown wings. Circular markings on its thorax.
The American cockroach is large, between 1 and 3 inches long.
