I'm close to being a 20-year patient of Dr. Osterman. Not only has he always taken great care of my feet... he's an overall great guy, genuinely pleasant and engaging. Perhaps those who aren't impressed by his personality favor doctors who are cold, who don't make eye contact or smile during their appointments. **shrugs** Now, I agree with the other comments regarding his receptionist, she is "prickly," but I don't allow that to come between the rapport I have with Dr. O.

Best Dr. to apply Cortisone shot in foot. Procedure is painful but not everyone medically has the skill. He does. Don't want to experience it again but it was successful in resolving my issue. He has good bedside manner as well. Always professional and easy to talk too.

Dr. Osterman has been my go-to podiatrist and magician since 2007. I came to him after spending a year with a well-known doctor who could not resolve my issue. Doctor Osterman correctly diagnosed me after a year of pain; my only regret is not going to him sooner. He's helped me with other minor issues throughout the years since. Although I've moved further out from the city, I'll still travel in for him.

Questions & Answers

Dr. Osterman, there is so much fake news out there. I saw where you have developed docsocs. Is that legit? I do not want to be scammed, but that sure sounds like an answer to prayers! Thank you!

No.it is a scam but I don't know how to remove it. Sorry

I am unhappy with my new orthotics . Even though I have Morton's neuroma only on my RIGHT foot, there are metatarsal bumps on BOTH of the orthotics. Could you possibly have the LEFT one remade? The lump hurts and is giving me cramps up my leg.

Of course it could be remade but the metatarsal pad can easily be removed in office without sending to the lab. There will be no charge for this visit
