Really nice lady helped me apply and she said the only reason I can't move in is my eviction. That's only there because the land lords roommates home invaded me. and when I wouldn't get the charges to go away by lying she served me papers. And I went to court and agreed to move out and filed a sure to get the 2600 the land lord owed me. So ya kinda bummed that a real rental Company with nice lady's like the one in spoke with won't house me because of a bad land lord. I've done nothing to deserve this. My credit is good I'm fully employed and looking at job offers that are even bigger. 👌

We have been renting from CRP for just over 3 years and recently signed another 12 month lease. Chris and his staff are very friendly and do all they can to help us out with any issue we have.

Columbia River Properties just sent their Tennent's, at 1153 16th Ave in Longview Wa; a notice to increase rent. This is a 30 unit complex that houses a 55 and older senior citizen community. Rent increase went up 350.00 to 475.00 dollars that goes into effect in 60 days. Most of the residents here are retired and are on fixed incomes, only a few are still working, including myself. The average rent is 1300.00 a month which will go into effect in October 2021. Some residents have been here for 10 years or more and found security in a community. Now most are worried about how they will be able to pay. There is not a lot of housing available in the area, so moving is not an option. This complex need a lot of maintenance inside and out, these apartments are not worth 1200.00 to 1400.00 a month. My apartment needs work but we cant get the owner or the property managers answer requests or feedback. I hope the owner and the property manager have a face to face with the Tennent's to discuss this issue.

Black mold in building reported months ago inside walls and closet that ruined our stuff, leaking bedroom window since we moved in 2 years ago and reported multiple times we couldn't sleep in there because it doesn't just leak, it flows down wall when raining. No locking windows, no light to go down 2 flights of stairs and already fell once and injured foot. And have asked for it to be fixed after they made 1 attempt but it didn't work. They send someone to look but nothing gets done. Fridge doesn't seal. We had a fire in an outlet that blew out power to half the unit because wires were old and it updated. Tons of problems with getting return calls for anything. Very unprofessional attitudes very rude and don't care about tenants health. We have 4 units in our place. One couple hasn't had a working stove for months....the landlords never showed up on day to fix it or replace so still no working stove...another unit has no power to half of their apartment due to landlords not responding now going on 3 weeks. And all of the units have black mold. The roof is extremely moldy above unit 4 outside bedroom window. Everyone here is looking or has found another place. There is standing water out behind apartment with no proper drain system...The one they have doesn't work and floods laundry room so you can't get in. Which causes mold to go in walls. Washer and dryer are very old and don't work well. Just not a place I would recommend. And I'd also say hire a lawyer if you do rent from them.
