For the most part, they provide the garbage can because it is made within the specific shape for their garbage truck's to pick up remotely.

They can't quote you without weight of your load so your best bet is calling Waste Management to find out how much they charge. Most local guides cannot give you an exact answer in this case because Waste Management handles materials & waste by different procedures, cost & varies areas of the facility. Good luck...
