I would describe this specific location as incompetent. They also lack integrity and throw their hands up in the air when they make a mistake and just say "welp there is nothing we can do." I upgraded my phone with them. They then proceeded to lose my trade in phone. So I went back because I was going to get charged by AT&T for not receiving the trade in. They gave me someone else's phone and then asked me to give it back still without locating my phone. I asked them about calling long distance and they put me on a long distance plan telling me I could call long distance for 10 dollars a day. I then received my month's bill and there were charges in excess of $500.00 for long distance. After hours on the phone with at&t service the charges were removed. I went back to the store to get on a different long distance plan that they assured me would be $7.50 a month with no additional charges. I then got my next monthly bill that showed additional charges in excess of $40.00 for 6 minutes of calling Australia. I will need to call at&t service to get these removed as well. Getting a new phone was supposed to save me my monthly phone payment, but since they lost my phone I am still getting charged for my new phone and have lost a total of 6 hours of my time and a lot of frustration trying to rectify their mistakes. This will cost me in total $800.00 that should have been paid for by my old phone that they lost. They answered for their incompetence not even with a "sorry" but a "there is nothing we can do," and threw their hands up. If they could get a 0 star rating, I would definitely click 0 stars for the last 3 months of ongoing headaches and time wasted on the phone and in the store. AT&T has been a great service for me, but this store location is terrible. I DO NOT recommend.

Amber was amazing!! She had great knowledge, gave good advice and helped us out greatly. Even with a small technical hiccup (having to split our order into 3 different ones) she handled everything professionally and made us laugh through the whole experience! 10/10 would visit this store and be served by her again! Well done Amber!!

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Keene location and see them in person.
If you go through At&t then yes they can help you turn your service off.. if you go through someone else for cell service and want to switch to At&t then they can also help you with that. But if your looking to just shut the power off on your phone, any wireless provider can help you. Hope this helps
