My husband and I had to go here today 7/4/2022. 11 am We both had separate rooms. The nurse that checked me in seemed not so happy to be there . She was well kinda mean and snappy. When my husband came out of his visit he asked me how was your nurse? Because mine was very rude and combative about everything . We had the same nurse. My husband was not feeling well and he had to deal with her attitude. She shouldn't be working with sick people!!!

This place is a joke. I’m an Asthmatic patient showed up there at 6:32 And they denied myself and my daughter for care because they were in such a rush to go home. I cannot breathe therefore I cannot take myself to another hospital and now I’m home suffering with my three-year-old that is having the same exact problem this hospital is a joke and I will make sure I get to some type of management corporate wherever I need to go to to report both lady at the front and the guy that came to the front and told us that he was no longer taking any more patients I can understand if it was 7 o’clock or five minutes before it was 30 minutes that I arrive there

Do not waste your time. I went here with my infant daughter. The NP was so rude to me. Told me I was going to get in trouble as so wasn't she for me not going to my Pedi that was upstairs. Obviously that would have been a better choice but it was close to closing it being a Saturday and they did not pick up their phone. The only choice that left me was to come here to make sure she didn't have a ear infection or strep. Very careless, not a Thorough exam by any means and I was quickly sent on my way. Find another urgent care that cares about their patients!!!

HORRIBLE! They straight up have the ringer turned off at the front desk. I called for about 4 hours straight this morning trying to get test results and got no answer until a Nurse Practitioner picked up the phone by mistake. It was obviously by mistake. THEN my daughter's RX was sent to the pharmacy in such a way that they would not fill it. I called Urgent Care, the pharmacy called and AGAIN no answer at all. So I left work early and went in person to have it fixed. That is how I know the ringer is turned off at the front desk. Unreal. I'm beyond angry.

No. You would likely need to see a specialist or have an outpatient surgery depending on the severity.
You can call to see if they are busy, but they don't take appointments. But I've been there for many things I'm always in and out
That depends on the priority level. High priority (medical staff, people who need to get a procedure done etc) tests are done on site and the turnaround time is about 1-2 days. Most other tests are sent to a Quest labs which usually take 2-3 days. You can see the updated turnaround times here: https://www.questdiagnostics.com/home/Covid-19/Patients/tat/
Nasal swabs.
You should call and ask a nurse.
