If I could rate them a zero, I WOULD. Worst company ever— they only care about the money and not the tenants and their living situation and have outrageous deposit and monthly fees if your late by a day even. I’ve called their office several times and leave voicemails and they never get back to me!! They charge way too much for places that aren’t even worth it and their deposits are too much and when you try moving out they make excuses to keep it. If you can go elsewhere do it, Sharp Properties is not itttttt.

Very nice understanding realtor. I'm 61 years old new to the procedures. Trying to rent a home these days is very expensive just get them to even look at your app and then you have to actually drive by apply hope you get to the top of the list before someone else chooses to take it. But the ladies at this Realtors very understanding of my confusion and my frustration over at all.

My initial experience with Sharp was great. Unfortunately, when moving out of my property, my experience has been awful. I lived in a unit for 6 months and when my financial situation changed, I needed to move out. This is during Covid also. I always paid my rent on time and never caused any issues. They kept my almost $2000 deposit, which I realized due to the contract, but then they came up with all kinds of bogus charges on TOP of that, saying the screen door was ripped which is untrue, they said they needed to clean for 4.5 hours, which is ridiculous as I cleaned prior to leaving and paid for professional carpet cleaning as well. I was charged for painting and when I questioned that and said it is not legal to charge for anything that is just normal wear and tear and I know that I didn't cause any damage, I was told that because I only lived there for 6 months, there shouldn't have been ANY normal wear and tear. Apparently if you live there for less than a year, you shouldn't hang any pictures on the walls. If you do rent from them, I highly suggest taking many pictures and videos to document how you left the place to avoid these bogus charges. I also left 2 messages trying to set up payment arrangements for these charges and no one called me back. I'm super disappointed in this company.

Questions & Answers

We need 2+ bd fenced yard duplex or townhouse for long rental. Also place for storage or garage. We do not drink, smoke, or do drugs rent in range 900 to 1200 depending upon utilities. Craigslist is very frustrating.
