When walking and we were greeted with a simple hi. There was no how can I help you today or how are you doing. The lady at the counter was unkind and seem to be in a bad mood. She then snapped at a customer and said are you ready in a very rude tone. I think that you guys need to work on your workers being kind and inviting.

The return policy is very limiting; however, customer service was helpful when I reached out since the item was a gift that had been purchased 14 days in advance of receipt. Still, due to return policy, I will likely not be purchasing from them in the future. If you are planning to purchase an item as a gift for someone and it is purchased more than 14 days before you give them the gift there isn't really an option for the gift recipient to exchange the item.

I ordered a monogram necklace and 2 pairs of earrings. USPS lost the packages. Contacted the corporate office for handpicked and they were extremely helpful!! They placed another order and shipped it to the Lexington location. I've been a loyal customer for about 17 years. Always great customer service with this company.

I absolutely love this place!!! They always go above and beyond for their customers and do an amazing job, in a timely manner, on all their monogrammed accessories. I had a mishap with my last order that was definitely, completely, my fault!! I reached out to them about it and they were wonderful about helping me resolve the issue and make everything right for me!!! Thank you so much Handpicked!!! I will forever be grateful!!!!
