This place is poorly maintained . I'm ashamed to live here. The place is filled with pot heads. Not safe for a elderly person.

Been here about two months I like it so far. Quit clean people seem friendly the only problem I have is lack of dumpsters my apartment is on the wrong side of the complex .I have to carry my trash a block to get to the dumpster witch would ok for young healthy people but not so much for old disabled ones

Moved out recently. Rent went up an astronomical amount. Fire happened in building and the fire alarms didn't go off. Someone was busted for a meth lab or something in the apartment building. Routinely have random people parking for days at a time in guest parking lot that aren't even residents (reported but they didn't care). My packages were stolen several times and they refused to add any more cameras. Laundry room floor basically disintegrated, and the laundry machines barely worked most of the time on my floor. Management unprofessional and take days to even respond to very urgent requests like my fridge popping and smoking. Overall terrible place to live, would not suggest until they use the extra covid relief money and rent hikes to hire better managers and staff.

Nice places to stay but the manager needs to be more fair with people and stop showing you pictures of the apartments when you want to really see the apartment in person before you move in plus I'm sure someone can walk you through to do that because maintenance is always around they've been doing this picture stuff for years it's really not fair even before the pandemic started!
