My family member has been in long term care at Sunrise for several years. Nursing leadership, social workers and directors take the time to listen and acknowledge concerns we have as a family. Although Sunrise is not exempt from staffing issues, I see the effort put in by those who are there advocating for my family member. On a regular basis, management visits my loved one to check in and see how things are going. They physically help care for the patients while previous leadership would hide in offices. Most importantly, my loved one enjoys interacting with activities and socializing which has been a struggle in the transition to her new long term home. Activities play a key part in the day to day environment which has been very welcoming to see over the past few months. Happy to see things turning in the right direction after a few years of stale care.

Briana in social services is so great at her job. She makes you feel like she is really there for you. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She makes you feel like you can do better for yourself after working with her. I have learned a lot from Briana that will help me in my schooling for this career. Staff is very friendly and welcoming! I would send my loved one here again without a doubt. Nursing is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. Social worker went above and beyond to ensure smooth discharge planning.
