Wanted to love this shop.....interesting inventory, and goods sales. However after my most recent visit, I won't be returning. My husband and I were leaving the shop and headed in the direction of the door we had entered. The woman in "customer service"...the older of the two working on 1/15...yelled out "Don't use that door! You weren't supposed to come in that door in the first place." When we looked up, we saw the door was blocked, which she did after our arrival. To the stores credit, there was a small sign to "use other door" which we both missed. However, the door was unlocked possibly for fire protocols? But to "call out" customers across half the length of the store is unnecessary. Seriously....we are respectful adults and don't need to be publicly and unnecessarily admonished for a simple mistake. We both left the store with bad feelings. Weekend trips to St. Michaels are all about feeling good. I'll shop at the clothing store across the street in the future.
