The price is really good, but the manager customer service is very, very, very poor. She do not know how to talk to people (customer) politely her body language brought off a negative energy eg. rolling her eyes. For a manager she needs more training no matter what the circumstances/issue is she needs to learn how to correspond to customers without giving attitude.

One of the best Rainbow locations in the DMV. Their employees were extremely helpful and friendly to me and my kids. I love the fact that this location has such a great variety of unisex kids clothes as well as ladies clothing for unbeatable prices.

The customer service is terrible. You can't tell who are the employees & who are the customers. A young female with braids waited on me at 6:15 today & she acted like she didn't want to be there. I told hispanic mgr & she laughed. I won't be back.

In good prices, but in attention they lack a lot, sometimes I even feel that the employees follow me, as if I were going to steal something. May God help us with this kind of people🤪😜
