Yes, heart of downtown Tacoma. Theater district is what I think the area is referred to. Near 10th Commerce/transit station. They recently switched there building to a different kind of rental system, from what I've heard it's something like Section 8, but only specific to the building. So you actually don't have to be on Section 8 to qualify for it. You would have to get more details about the rental information from them. Last I heard they were leasing through a company called Allied and I'm not even sure that is still the overhead company... I know Angela is the manager and is an amazing woman! And will be more than willing to assist you with anything you need help with. I did have her card with this application at one point, but I have seemed to misplace it, but if I come across it was stop by there, I will be sure to post some contact information for you.,
Hotel Olympus is tax credit!
Manager is nice. Few of the residents are nosey. But all and all I love living here. Monthly rent.
