I can't get time off work so I had to pay full months rent for only 3 weeks after giving notice to vacate. Truly disappointed by the policies here, wish there was some sort of grace period. After all it is a low-income property so other than that, very small units and cabinets/drawers are like cardboard. My advice rent elsewhere.

I loved it here, the management was fairly decent for the most part, i avoided them mainly, but they're friendly when you talk to them about things, I didn't get my entire deposit back because of cleaning fees and what not (bad cat breaking the blinds) but I got more than half of it back. The neighbors here are all very nice people, in my building anyway, I would walk my cats around and it was very easy. The apartments are a bit small, but I loved mine. I moved in from a really bad apartment and Westside Estates felt like luxury, you'll definitely want AC though for hot weather. Rent was $700 for me, it was a literal life saver. It's a nice area it's close to so many things, my boyfriend and I would go on midnight walks to the gas station across the street, we both miss the area. There's obviously things that could be better, my kitchen lights were glitchy, hot water was limited, but my apartment there definitely has a special place in my heart because it was a safe warm environment that actually felt like home. I would honestly suggest this place to everyone.

My son and I are new tenants as of 8/2019. Great staff on office. Friendly and helpful. Clean property. Cool that you don't pay extra for pets👍 We live in a quiet area and our neighbors are nice and friendly. They have indoor playgroynd.basketball court.and community room is big enough for parties! 💓💜💖💛💞

Not happy with how much Thay are asking in rent all one bedroom apartment go for $780 all sizes and two bed no go ether and the deposit is the same as rent I was happy here but now I'm ready to go I fell cheated out of my money. I would like to stay but I'm not gonna I wish it wasn't so but paying for the size Apartment I'm in is a rip off I should have never down size on a good note it's a pleasant surprise that the staff and manager are good people and be careful with the mold it just be tends on what Apt u get there not all this way
