Imposible to get hold of this doctor! Always late and unprofessional

The only one that's professional and very polite in this office is the lady that calls to confirm the appointments. I got to the office at 820am. My appointment was scheduled for 9am. This lady calls me to the counter and without even saying hello or goodmorning she hands me a clipboard with a bunch a papers to fill out. Which is ok, this is standard procedure. The questionnaire was very specific and complete. I finished filling out the forms after 40 minutes. Once I turned them in the nurse called me immediately. She was very nice. But then it came the worst part of the experience. The doctor enters the office says hello, and immediately asks what are my symptoms. Really!?? I spend 40mins filling out this questionnaire and you dont take your time to at least read the one paper in which asks about my symptoms, even with an anatomy front and back drawing to circle the areas that most bother you. I took my time filling this out because I didn't want to miss anything that could help him figure out what's wrong with me. Instead hi asks me my symptoms, does not let me finish and interrupts me to ask me 2 more questions. Do you fill stiff muscles in the morning and have you taken prednisone. Which I answered with a no and a yes but I had to many side effects. And at the end his conclusion was...I dont know what you have, I might treat it like this but I'm not saying you have it, keep eating healthy do exercise and taking your complex b shots. And ordered for me to redo all the lab work that I just had done in June. And did not prescribe any medication for inflammation or pain. Which I had tried to explain I suffered from, plus I explained on the form. Really!?? I'm Not going back. I should've read the reviews before making an appointment here.

Good luck getting them to call you back...like ever. If you want anything done you have to show up at the office. The doctor is ok, but the office staff not so much.

This office is very unprofessional. Every time I call ,I get a recording...so, I leave a message....this has been going on for a MONTH. NO ONE has returned my calls...not to mention my Dr. had faxed this office all of my medical records. This office is in my insurance network, I know this because my husband goes there. This is just bad work ethics in that office....either that or his staff just plain deleted the messages...thats ok...my Dr. has confirmation of the faxes sent to this office. So sad that this is happening in the medical field.
