Lots of stuff for the home decor crowd. Artsy-Craftsy stuff was well stocked. Model planes, cars, trucks and model paints was pitiful at best! Model paint rack was near empty and a mess. Was in need of Acrylic model paints. Had none.

They do have some presentations in store occasionally, not sure about decorating cakes. The have lots of supplies though for this. I would check specific website for local store or call 800 #
I don't work there but I'm pretty sure that they have them, actually you can give them a call and ask do they carry those kits before you go?
