Sharon Barker met with me for a followup appointment, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Her friendly demeanor put me immediately at ease, and she carefully explained the results of my recent tests fully and carefully, answering my questions completely. I couldn’t be happier with the visit, not simply because of the test results, but also because everyone made me feel like a valued patient.

Booked appointment & was pretty for out to be seen. They take a lot off time to answer the phone sometimes not at all. Few family members told me some stories about the care they received here so I looked up reviews to see if any similar stories like the ones they experienced and seen multiple and fairly recent. I called and canceled my appointment because my condition calls for prompt care at times, so if I’m having issues already with people picking up the phone returning messages I can only imagine what’s to come next. I usually don’t consider reviews for my personal decisions, but with everything matching family members complaints I won’t even waste my time here.

Unprofessional. I was needing to schedule my father for an urgent appointment, the hospital sent a referral after he was hospitalized but I never recieved a call to schedule the appointment. When I reached out to them I was informed he was a no call no show FOUR YEARS AGO. They refused to schedule him. They did offer other options but when I asked to speak to a supervisor (to see why I wasn't called and told this as they were supposed to call for the appointment) the receptionist Misty said no. I clarified that she didn't have a supervisor on duty she said "they're not going to change their mind". I felt like that statement was unprofessional, as she could only assume why I wanted to talk to them but it wasn't for her to tell me no. She called me back and stated she spoke to a supervisor and they still wouldn't see my father, she offered other options again but I had already scheduled an appointment elsewhere. I stated this and told her I had some clarifying questions for a supervisor but she still wouldn't transfer me to one. Although she didn't get "rude" I felt like this whole interaction was unprofessional. As someone who works with the public I would never tell someone "no" when they asked to speak with a supervisor.

Professional and very kind-hearted people. If you're on the way or think you might be late call them A.S.A.P.. They can give only a few more minutes to let you get here. Any parking works bc inside they have an elevator for all 3 floors. Just know 2202 for the building number and look for it on the side of the building up high and to the left on it. Park it and they have a list of all the rooms next to the elevator.
