It took about 20 minutes to scan, meanwhile we asked questions at the front desk about pricing for shredding, scanning and printing and the lady said she doesn't know the pricing and to ask the guy who was taking his time scanning documents. Questions as simple as "can we print from email?"

They opened multiple packages because they felt the need to consolidate them with other customers items that were going to the same place. The items never made it to its destination. I have the receipt that shows I dropped off the packages so I went in to ask why my packages hadn't left the store (1 week after drop off). I was told that they consolidate the items and was unable to give me anymore information. I went back 2 weeks after drop off and asked for more information. I was told they consolidated my items with other customers so they don't know what tracking number would go with my stuff or when or if it has shipped out....

I would give 1/2 star if at all possible. I made the mistake of dropping a pre-labeled package off at this UPS location and I will never go back! The girl at the counter- who took my package without scanning it and told me I didn’t need a receipt- had the most bloodshot eyes I have ever seen (and let’s just say I partake). It was EXTREMELY unprofessional- but I wouldn’t have cared had my package actually been sent out on time. Or at all? I still have no proof that it is even in transit. I called the store the next day after my package was still not showing as scanned only to be spoken to rudely by the person on the phone. It seems that I know more about the services UPS offers than their own staff do but no one who works here seems to care about customer service at all- so why would they care about what they’re selling? On top of that it’s now been 3 full days and I still have no proof that my package is even in transit. Do NOT go to this location if you can help it. Drive further and go to a location that will give you a receipt and actually care about resolving your issue.

It looks as though the phone may be gone, yes. However, the purpose of that receipt is for you to be able to file a claim with the shipping company to reimburse you for your lost product. You said that both the Post Office (USPS) and UPS don't know where your package is, but those are two different companies. You need to Google search the tracking number on your receipt which will show you where you package went as well as who shipped it (UPS or USPS). This information will be required so that you can receive reimbursement from the correct company when you file your claim. Does that help?
They have a pretty wide variety of printing options. They worked with me when I needed to print my wedding invitations. They even tried multiple times until it was right.
