Nice physical plant, terrible administration. The maintenance folks are terrific. But the administration is ridiculous. Changes in pool and class schedules aren't posted. Show up to use the pool when the posted schedule says 3 lanes open 1:30 -5:30? Sorry, teen swim team in there. All lanes closed for them. Aerobics or other class cancelled with no prior notices? Mention the erroneous schedules or point out the lack of information posted to someone at the "membership desk"? They'll give you the card of someone who is not there. Leave it to you to contact them about it because apparently sitting in a chair behind a plexiglass shield is too important for them to do it themselves. Only reason I'm still there after 3 decades is that I travel a lot in my business and I can use the other, better Ys in other towns.
