OMG….I bought a pair of shoes that I really love on Tuesday morning. And unfortunately I was rushed and forgot at the counter next to the register. At the time I got home then I realized that shoes was not in the bag. I called….called….called but no response. Then decided to go back and hoping that the shoes still there. But Thank You Lord, the manager still kept it for me after I explained my situation with my receipt in hands. Thank you all guys for your honest and friendly work you do. God Bless

I called this location and asked if they took book donations and they told me yes. An hour later, I showed up with a box of books and received the rudest customer service I've ever experienced by a short woman with short hair. She told me they didn't accept books at this location, and when I brought up my phone call, she told me that I was lying to her and that this conversation never happened, in an effort to gaslight me. As I was standing there with a box of heavy books, her coworker, who was much friendlier, walked over to assist me, however this woman told her coworker that I was just leaving, essentially kicking me out of the store. At this point, I walked multiple blocks in 85 degree weather with a heavy box of books, and needed a second to recoup before I left. I told her I was about to leave and just needed a second, but she continually said they don't accept books and I needed to leave. As long as there are workers like this in this location, I do not recommend visiting this Goodwill unless you want a horrible experience like I had.

The staff is wonderful! But this Goodwill is much smaller then some others in the city.

Goodwill accepts books in good condition except for encyclopedias and textbooks that are marked up or more than two years old. You do have to bring them to the store.
We shouldn't -- strollers are on our do not accept list because of the number of recalls. But they do end up in our store's occasionally. You can try calling the store at 646-638-1725.
The only medical equipment Goodwill accepts are wheelchairs, walkers and regular (not hospital) canes.
Goodwill does accept wheelchairs, but we haven't gotten many donations of them lately, and don't have any in good condition at our headquarters. You can check with the closest stores to you to see if they have any, and you might also want to check with other nonprofit organizations.
Yes they do have frames, beautiful ones too.
Goodwill does not do pick ups. The Salvation Army does, but only large items like furnuture.
No. The salvation army use to. Goodwill does not pick up
The one on 25th street does not have furniture but other Goodwill stores may.
