You need proof of work, birth certificate of your baby, proof of address and the cost depends on your income.
I love it, I have had my girl there since I was 2 years old and now she goes to 5 and is still there excellent service, at least the teachers that my daughter has always had and been very good to her and has always had one who speaks Spanish
